The cutoff changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of the entrance examination, the number of candidates appearing in the examination, the category of the candidates etcetra.
See, your score is good and if we take into consideration the previous years cutoffs, then you stand a fair chance in IITs like IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati.
Now, coming to your concern about Covid-19. See, nobody ever expected to be in such situations wherein the entire country would be under lockdown. But it is what it is! You need not worry about the admission procedures. The authorities will take steps in interest of every eligible candidates
