I have acquired 72 marks in English, 54 marks in Biology, 46 marks in Physics and 42 marks in Chemistry in 12th... Am I eligible for BDS?

You didn't mention your category, so I can't tell you whether you are eligible or not .
Below is eligibility criteria for neet regarding marks in 12 th board exam :-
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
so calculate your % and match it with % required for your category.

Sir/Ma'am, I fall under Open category (Unreserved category)... And According to Your answer ... I am not eligible for BDS or MBBS ... So, What other courses in science stream I can go for with these grades?

If you belong to the unreserved category, no you won't be eligible for NEET counseling process. If you belong to the reserved category, yes you will be eligible for the NEET counseling if you qualify in the NEET exam too. I hope your query has been answered.
