I have AIR 345000 and all india st category rank of 8800 is there chances of getting government mbbs seat through karnataka state quota?

And going by your AIR 345000 ST rank 8800, this year there is hardly any chance of you buying a seat in government MBBS.
It would be a good back up plan to concentrate on some other course such as private medical colleges or other courses such as BDS, BHMS, or BAMS.
We should also think of preparing seriously next year on NEET to get a better rank thereby raising hopes.
