Yes you are eligible to apply for RIIM if you have appeared for MAT exam. RIIM Pune accepts students who have appeared for MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT , MHCET, ATMA etc. also they conducts two rounds of interviews and the average score of entrance exam and interviews is considered for selection.
I think you should definitely apply for RIIM as they have a really good curriculum and placements.
