I have applied for AIIMS MBBS UG exam last year and now when I am trying to register for another UG courses like B.Sc Nursing.There in application form it is showing Your name,email,phone no. already registered when I am going to submit

It's simple those already registered in 2019 they can't register again in Feb they have to Generate code so keep your login ID and password.
