I have attempted in maths but I got above 50in remaining subjects .shall eligible for net exam

To be eligible to write the NEET examination one has to be at least 17 years of age with 50% (for unreserved category) aggregate marks in Class XII boards examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Hey there yes you are eligible to write NEET if you have 40% (For OBC category) aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. As you have said that you have more than 50 marks in all subjects except Math then yes surely you are eligible.
Here's eligibility criteria for neet in terms of qualifying marks :
To fulfil the NEET eligibility criteria 2019, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually in the qualifying examination
Candidates belonging to the unreserved category should score a minimum required percentage of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in their Class 12 or HSC examination.
Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a minimum of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
