i have been allotted seat in comedk 1 round. Now i wish to attend 2 round without surrendering this seat. Do i need to take DD of Rs 5000?

Candidates can surrender their seats after round 1. After surrending the seats, candidates can opt to attend second round of counselling. For that, candidates need to fill a fresh DD for Rs 5000. This DD is in addition to the DD already deposited with COMEDK. In case, candidate does not want to participate in second round, then he or she can claim the refund of Rs 50,000 out of Rs 55,000 deposited with COMEDK during first round.
