i have compartmental, am i eligible for appearing in counselling for BTech to be held in June'19, as comp exam in July19. plz guide.

I'm very sorry to tell you that you cannot sit for the councillings unless and until you have a pass certificate . Also now you can not get any government colleges untill you get passed in all the papers. Though you can try for some private colleges and especially you should try for management quota as there you will get admission and later you can submit the pass certificate .

Another option is that you take a drop and again prepare for the JEE also and give the compartment also and next year with a very good rank take admission in a very good college.
