I have completed my 4 years of BTech, but my course will complete on 2020 because of shortage of attendance in one paper. I haven't got my course completion certificate or degree certificate. Am I eligible to write GATE 2020 ?

Hello,
You are not eligible as you have one paper backlog due to shortage of attendance. After clearing your backlog you can apply for gate but not now. so you can clear your paper this year if it is in odd semester than you can get the clearance by january. But that depends on the board who corrects your paper. If your backlog is in even semester than you can't appear for gate for the year 2020.
So get the clearance then you can go for gate.
