I have completed my Engineering in 2016 in Electronics and Instrumentation and then later I started preparing for government job in which due to continuous failure I am frustrated now and want to do a job but confused whether to do a job but where and take any master course?

Hey,
You can definitely take a job if you want. And I would suggest you that since this would be your first job, don't look for something very high. Just start a job and get experience. Look for a good firm related to your engineering and work there.
Another option is to give GATE. You can get a good job with very high package if you qualify Gate with enough score to enter a PSU. Also, you can go for master's on the basis of GATE in IITs, NITs, and other good Colleges. But, for now the application is closed and examination is coming soon, so you will have to wait for next year examination. But, start preparing from now only.
And please don't get frustrated, if you want, you can give one more chance to your government exam. Find out where you are lacking and give more efforts. Contact people who are preparing for similar examination.
