i have completed step 3(payment step) in jee advanced registration but still show show to do step 3 . then again I have to did step 3 this time step completed . Are they retured money or not which was deducated first time

If the fees have been deducted twice from your bank account. Then you need to contact the authorities according to your zone with proofs of transaction. They will get back to you.

If it has only been deducted once and your form has been submitted finally and the process is complete then no need to contact them.
