I have downloaded NEET 2019 Admit Card. But its showing Provisional Admit Card in top. Is it OK?

Dear Vinutha, that is absolutely fine. This can be and will be considered as an Admit card for NEET 2019. Make sure you affix a photograph on the Admit card. When you are affixing the photograph make sure that you have another copy of the same photo with you because you need to carry it along with you on the day of examination for validation purposes.
