I have ews certificate issued from bihar can i use this for 15% aiq councling..??

Hello Ayush, yes you can use your State given EWS certificate for All India Coubselling. This is because for now EWS certificate is being issued in local Tahsildar's office of the home States. And this is a central reservation scheme. So even if your EWS certificate is issued in Bihar, it can be still used for All India Academuc and employment purposes.
