I have few questions to ask such as, 1. if i secure a good percentage in my graduation 3 yr and could not clear my entrance score so can i get a college on merit basis as i have not done my graduation from DU ? 2. the merit percentage given is the aggregate percent or the finaal years percentage ?

1. No, without clearing entrance you wont be eligible for admission.And since you are not from DU,you cant get admission on merit basis.
2. For merit screening your final percentage on the basis of marks scored in each semester during 3 years of graduation,i.e, your aggregate percentage will be calculated for admission.
