Hey!
See, there is no option make changes in the application form once it has been submitted and the fee has been paid.
Its not possible to make the changes now as it is been undergoing the online process of admission.
Incorrect forms are rejected automatically.
One needs to fill the form again with new login Id, if there is a major mistake, with the payment of registeration fee again.
There is no other option.
