With this much mark, you may not get any college through All India NEET counseling. You may appear in State counseling to get a college. You can mention the name of the state you're staying in currently in the comment so that I can help you further.

If you go through last year's cut off marks, you can see that the minimum state quota cut off is 539. You may not get any college through counseling, for details, please visit https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-jharkhand. You can go for management seats.
