I have got 263 in neet and I have already studied in a institute so should I take one year drop and how can I prepare again?

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of medical college,you seems to have less chance of getting seat in good medical college.You need 500+ for government medical college.You should take drop one year.This time,do work hard and try to score 550+.
