I have got 270 marks in NEET 2019.What is my chance in getting a seat for MBBS.

Hello,
As you know admission to government medical colleges based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With 270 marks in NEET, you have very less chances of getting any government medical college for MBBS/BDS program even through state quota. However you can opt for private medical colleges.

Sorry to say but your chances for givernment medical colleges is very low. You may try for managemnet seats in private colleges.
