hey Balram ,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were worried about their colleges.So ,with this score you would definitely face difficulty in second round too,but go and attend counselling and try your luck you have slighter chances of getting govt. mbbs seat in all india quota.

The cut off for admission in government colleges in Odisha under the State quota for the SC category in the previous year 2018 was a rank of 62921 and a score of 420 marks. The cut off changes each year due to several factors like level of difficulty or level of Competition etc. This year as the paper was easier the cut off based on marks will be higher than before. Considering your rank, and the previous year last rank you seem to have less chance of Admission here for MBBS. You can use the link below to check the previous year trends.
