i have got 442 marks i am in general category i am illegible for 2nd round concealing and got mbbs sheet in govt. college.

Sorry to inform you but you don't have achieved enough marks for government college. Based on previous years cutoff, you have decent chance for private medical colleges. Even you have few chance for government college but not reputed ones.
