I have got 518 marks in neet 2019 rank is 38,843 I am from UR category West Bengal . Will I get a MBBS seat in Kolkata?

Last year the closing rank under state quota for MBBS was 29949.

So your chances are very less.

There may be slight variation in clsoing ranks based on the seats and no of applicants.
