I have got 52 marks in MA ENERGY ECONOMICS BHU and 110 General rank and 46 female and 22 EWS rank will I get admission?
As of now it's difficult to put forward any specific prediction. Cutoffs are subject to change. It depends on the number of applicants applying for the course. If I talk about ma energy economics then there are total 50 seats in this course. Some seats are reserved for categories like scheduled caste ,scheduled tribe and obc. Since you are seeking admission through news quota .It might help you to certain extent. But since it's yet to be implemented ao we lack any previous data to predict anything. As of now keep yourself updated as the councelling process has already begun. Good luck
You do hold a chance , moreover you are seeking admission through ews quota. It will definitely help you in fetching a seat for ma energy economics.
First of all do not panic. Its not the end.
Coming to the councelling process. No where it is mentioned that bhu conducts second round of councelling.
Now listen carefully , in bhu there is provision for paid seats ( not exceeding 10 % of the total no. Of seats ). The details will be available at the time of admiasion.you need to get in touch with the respective faculty/ department to keep yourself updated about the paid seats.
As far as I am concerned ,since many students look forward to take admission in bhu so even paid seats are alloted based on your merit rank . You are required to select paid seat option. If some seats are left vacant in the councelling process then your paid seat will be upgraded to normal seat where in you will not be required to pay any extra amount than the fee.
As of now just be in touch with the respective faculty or department .
Good luck
If you get into bhu its well and good if not then you can definitely opt out for some other institute. Like this you can save your one year from getting wasted .
So, look out for the paid seats in bhu but do apply for some other colleges .You should always be ready with some back up plans.
Good luck
