If you belong to reserved category you have good chances of getting a govt medical college in ap as the cutoff for reserved category candidates is comparatively lower than unreserved category Candidates.
While if you belong to unreserved category your chances of getting a govt medical college seems to be tough.
You might get a private or deemed colleges
