i have got 59.7% in pcm and overall 70% as i got 179/300 in pcm willl vit cancel my seat or it can be rounded off to 60%

Since you are lacking from 0.3% of eligibility criteria. They won't see your overall percentage it doesn't matter. According to my point of view they will cancel your seat may be because you don't have 60% in pcm and sometimes luck also play some role in that condition. That is what, we can't exactly predict that because it depends totally on the mindsets of the mangement of VIT. So hope for the best!!!!
