I have got 69 rank(513 marks) in EWS in Punjab state rank, can I get a MBBS seat In any of the GMCs?

Maybe yes. You can definitely try your chances in Guru Gobind Singh Medical college Faridkot as it may have cutoff in the range of 510 only this year for the EWS category. In general category it will have slightly higher cutoff. Last year it had a cutoff of 509 but this year cutoff would be rising as you might be knowing due to the increased number of candidates and also the paper level being called easy comparatively to the last year.

See this can't be surely predicted. According to last year looks a yes. But this year cutoffs in most of the states have changed drastically. They have increased by 15-20 or even 25-30 marks in some states. So can't give my words to you but you can obviously try.
Will there be any EWS seat In PIMS or any other private college in Punjab as the seat matrix link is not opening on University website?
