I have got 80.79 percentile in jee mains in general can i get seat in this college?

Sorry, but you will not get any good government college with that low percentile. If you want to take admission this year then you must check out some good private colleges like SRM, VIT, etc. Also, in selecting any private college you must check their placements. Placements should be your first priority.
However, if you could take a drop then you must take a drop for preparation this year with coaching(if affordable) because going into some bad college will harm your career.
