I have got an Obc rank of 53000 and CRL rank 169126 , Can i get a college in CSAB Special Round Counselling ?

assuming you are talking about jee mains colleges , According to your rank and category , you can try for iiit's like-
1) iiit pune
2) iiit bhagalpur
3) iiit una
4) iiit surat
5) iiit kalyani and other iiit's
otherwise you can try for your home state amd medium nit also same is the case with north eastern nit's , the cutoff is generally lesser . Some good colleges like-
1) bit mesra
2) pec chandigarh
also participate in csab, so you can get a decent branch like production and metallurgy , in them .
Do apply for home state counselling also as you can get some good state government engineering colleges in your state . Hence apply for the csab round and state government counselling and you might get a good college .

As you have secured a crl rank of 169126 in jee mains, then sorry you will not get any nits or iiits. Because for getting a sure seat in nits or iiits ( in josaa counseling from general category), your rank must be roughly under 30000.
Even at the csab round counseling you have very less or negligible chances to get seat with this much CRL rank.
If you belong from any of the 8 north Eastern states then there is a chance that you can get seat in north Eastern nits by applying in csab neut.
Also there is a low Chance that you can get a seat in csab sfti. But with this much Crl rank the chances are very much low.
