I got 26000 rank(General category) and i was not eligible for 1st round councling eligible then what is the procedurefprocedure for2nd round

According to JOSAA,after the first round of the counseling you can either lock the college you were given or you can float it.If you are satisfied with the college that you have got,then you can lock it or you can just wait for the second round.There is no specific procedure,it asks you if u want to continue this counselling and you can continue it.
