Its almost impossible to get MBBS or even BDS colleges in Telangana at these marks under any category . I think you have not even qualified NEET 2019 if your percentile is 47.
You can pursue bsc or other degrees whoch doesnt require NEET.
I suggest you to not drop an year as increase in marks will be around 200 which will also be not sufficient for a seat and you will be just wasting an year.

Hello , let me tell you that it is very difficult to predict the exact college based on previous years data as every year number of candidates increases and seats may also increase or decrease based on various political issues in India.
