Yes there is no problem even u have left the 1st round of allotment.
Make sure to select only CSE department while opting the course and colleges.
The same procedure will be used to select the college and this time u will be allocated the CSE department.
If you're interested in programming make sure that you can learn atleast 1 programming language in academic year
