I have got total of 60% in class 12 and 54% in pcm. Is i eligible for councilling in kiit.

Hello,
As your marks in class 12th board exams in pcm is less than 60% then you are not eligible for admission in KIIT UNIVERSITY.

But you can still try for admission in other colleges if you had appeared for any other engineering entrance exams.
