Your caste certificate of Maharashtra will not be applicable in state quota in Madhya Pradesh. But since you have domicile of Madhya Pradesh you will be considered and can take seat under state quota but you will not be able to get the benefit of any reservation of caste that mean you will be considered general category candidate.
