    Unfortunately, AIIMS final registration process has got no correction window. So what you have entered there, stays there once you have clicked the 'Submit' button. No changes or corrections can be made whatsoever. Sorry to disappoint you but there is nothing that can be done with mistakes committed in the Final Registration process.
