see generally psus hires for engineers who has completed b.tech course in relevant discipline with valid gate score on respective domain. you can not apply for psus just that you have gate score. you need to check the eligibility criteria and requirement for the specific post. however so far there is less positions released in past year for m.sc passed candidates. however you may go for phd or m.tech course based on your gate score.
