I have applied in Delhi University for both Merit -based as well as Entrance -based ..now i want refund of entrance fee

University of Delhi is the Top most University in India. The university offers various courses in the field of Management, Science, Arts, Law and Commerce. The Admission to this university is based on the Merit in the 12 th Board Examinations. The registration fee is 1000 . It won't be refunded. It is the fee that everyone has to pay.
