Since you have payed the hostel fee during the time of counselling then you don't need to worry about that because may be because of some technical issue. You will get your hostel after reaching their based upon your choice.

Don't worry! you paid the hostel fee but did not get any information about it

so at the time of admission when you reach the college they will allot you a room.
