I have passed 12th exam in 2018 with 70%.what is my percentile for jee mains.and what is top 20 percentile cutoff.

I would like to tell you that the minimum cutoff for getting a seat in IIT, NIT are 75% so it's irrelevant to give JEE MAINS as you don't have a percentage over 75%.
