Hey Bhavya,
As per the information you have shared, you will either have to select Code 02, 03 or Code 05 as your Qualifying Examination Code in the NEET application form.
According to the information given for Code 5, candidates should be in "the first year of the three year degree course of a recognised University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology with English at a level not less than a core course”.
What this simply means is that if your first year BPT includes Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology with practicals, then the marks you secure in the first year final exam will be the qualifying marks. Equally importantly, you should also have previously cleared your Class XII with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects from a regular board.
So since you are in the first year of your BPT and assuming that you have studied each of the above mentioned subjects, Code 5 will be applicable.
If not, Code 02 will be applicable if you have completed your Class 12 from CBSE/ICSE/State Board or else Code 03, if you have completed your 10+2 as a Pre-University Course/Pre-degree course such as that taught in states like Karnataka.
Hope this helps! All the best!
