Hi Sandeep,
As per the official notification released by CBSE, NIOS candidates are not be eligible to appear for NEET this year. So, I am sorry to say but as per the new criteria you are not eligible to appear for for NEET 2018.

Nios is not eligible but you can write neet after complete degree ... all the best ... jesus with you
