I have qualified in Gate exam .I have taken admission in private college.i am Muslim (sheik) I come under bc category in our Ap government,but when it comes to Central I come under oc category.in our college they are asking OBC non creamy layer certificate to apply for Stipend.am I eligible for Obc

Yes you are eligible. Any way you belong to BC category. You can get the certificate and give for the stipend. Your categorical certificate will be enough for you to get the stipend. Even for Central or institute you are eligible to get the stipend as you have the category.
