i have recieved my obc certificate in august 2022 , so do i need a ncl for jac delhi 2023 or can i just go with obc certificate for jac delhi counselling, cause obc is valid for 1 year so, my certificate should be valid for aug 2023 , plz reply , do i need a ncl for jac delhi 2023.
