To be frank, With a score of 187 there are no chances for get a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of minimum 378 got a seat in AU region under the state quota in SC category. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your respective state
