I have scored 292 marks in general category in neet 2018 my Rank is 193325 can I get MBBS in any private college ?

As i see your neet your score and rank it is very high to get selected for a seat in AIQ.
No. of seats are very less.
You can be lucky in 2nd or 3rd round of counselling.
But then the selection of Colleges is important.
