Hey aspirant,
Scoring 593 marks in neet may get you some of the bds government colleges through AIQ counseling but chances are very less. But as we all know the Cutoffs vary every year on the basis of few factors. So I would recommend you to go through the cutoffs using the link mentioned below:-

Also you can use our college predictor tool-
Hope it helps!

Hello
Hope you are doing well.
Congratulations on scoring a decent score in NEET 2020 especially during this tough time.
Based upon previous cut-offs you do have a chance to get into the Government colleges when you compare the score. But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.
For NEET 2020 cutoff marks for 15% All India Quota Seats both for MBBS and BDS government colleges in different states including Telangana please refer to the following link.:
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges
You can see that the Government Medical College, Khaleelwadi, Government Medical College, Siddipet, and Govt Medical College, Nalgonda have cutoff scores of 582. If you are open to try in other states you have more chances of getting a government seat. If you are interested you can try for BDS also for which comparatively lesser cutoffs are required.
You may also use the following NEET College Predictor Link to find out which college you have a better chance of getting admission into more precisely:
