With the rank that you have got, it will be highly difficult for you to get into any government colleges for engineering. But there are some state or private colleges that will offer you a seat based on that rank. I will recommend you to check with them

70284 rank is very high in case of JEE Mains paper 2.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to get into any of NITs or GFTIs or SPAs since most of them have a closing rank of at most 7,000-8,000 for General Category, but you can try for private colleges.
