Chances are very less. Almost all of the colleges go down as low as 75% for SC students. As your marks are even below this, the chances are very low. Moreover, it also depends upon which subject you choose. For subjects like economics, physics chances are none that you can get into one.

However, in some cases for subjects like English Hons., cutoff goes as low as up to 75-73% for SC students. Even then your chances are fairly low.
