I am sorry to tell you but there is NO chance for you to get a seat in NIT Warangal.
Based on previous year cutoffs, you need a rank below 4,000 if you belong to the SC category to stand a chance to get a branch even if you are from the Home State.
From the previous three years, the cutoff rank has always been below 4,000 for SC category candidates for NIT Warangal.
This year, the competition will only increase.
