I have secured 417 in neet-19 exam and I belong to ap can I get mbbs govt seat or with low fee structure ?

You have not mentioned your category so I assume you belong to general category.
As you mentioned with general category and 417 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible because last year the studen who got admissio in AP had 530+ marks.
As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.

According to me you will not get admission in any government medical colleges easily in your state through state category. But you can get admission in private medical college or deemed university easily at this score so you can predict your college through career 360 college predictor.
