Aa you are already ware of the fact that the cut offs keep on varying from one year to another. So you cannot be too sure of anything. However, keeping in mind your rank there is chnaces of you getting into MS Ramaiah. But as the cut offs are dependent on a variety of factors ,you cannot be sure at all.
