i have secured 83% in board exam and 80 percentile in jee mains January session can i get cse or ece in vit vellore or chennai campus under category 1or 2 ?

Your score in board exam is well. And you got reasonable percentile but I suggests you can go for VITEE exam to get admission in bit campuses.
